Major Ohio University

Major Ohio University had an old steam fired flight dishwasher that leaked steam within the unit and in the pipes feeding it. Expensive repairs to the machine and to the building were on-going and getting worse every day.
  • New Jackson flight was engineered to cut water consumption by over 36%: required only 140 gal/hr to wash over 14,000 dishes/hr thus saving the client significant monies. Fully insulated doors help keep heat inside the machine where it belongs. Single point HVAC connection reduced air volumes and simplified install. What a difference!
